HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

Google Inc:

• We use Google Gemini AI (paid tier) to analyze your emails
• Google's use is governed by their Data Processing Addendum
• Google does NOT use your data to train AI models (paid tier)
• Google retains data for up to 55 days for abuse monitoring

Stripe:

• Processes payments securely
• We do not store your credit card information
• Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy

Google Firestore:

• Cloud database where we store your data
• Includes automatic server-side encryption
• Governed by Google Cloud Privacy Notice

Law Enforcement/Legal:

• If required by law, court order, or legal process
• To protect our rights, property, or safety
• To prevent fraud or security threats

Business Transfers:

• If we are acquired or merge with another company, your data may be transferred

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to anyone
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for purposes other than providing the Service

4. DATA RETENTION

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Cancelled Accounts: 30 days after cancellation (to allow reactivation), then permanently deleted
• Backups: May persist for up to 90 days
• Google's Retention: Up to 55 days for abuse monitoring
• Legal Requirements: We may retain data longer if required by law
